Kyocera Mita MFPs Rank Most Reliable in the Industry for the Fourth Time in Five Years

Kyocera Mita was honored by Industry Analysts Inc. for the most reliable copiers and multifunctional products(MFPs), based on Industry Analysts' Annual Copier Dealer Reliability Survey. Kyocera Mita also won this prestigious industry award in 2002, 2003, and 2005. And including this year's award, Kyocera has been the recipient of this prestigious industry award for an unprecedented four of the past five years.

Details and Results of this year's survey is as follows,

This survey is conducted in USA by Industry Analysts Inc. They conducted in-depth interviews with service managers in copier dealerships nationwide, totaling more than 33,000 multifunctional units installed. Copier service managers, true experts on which products perform best were questioned on the products they work closely with on a daily basis. Kyocera (:brand name) ranked highest in the following three categories: Products, Service Support, and Reliability. In addition, Kyocera ranked first in 29 performance categories.
